All payments are final and non‑refundable, including unused service portions or early cancellations.

You authorize recurring billing until you cancel per our terms.

5. Free Trial (if offered)

Free trials auto-expire without billing; we won't charge you without consent.

6. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Service per these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

8. Intellectual Property

9. Termination

You may cancel anytime, but fees already paid remain non-refundable.

Post-termination, you may request your data export within 30 days; thereafter, it will be securely deleted.

Liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Modifications to Terms
